You Were Meant to Bloom — Not Just Survive

THERAPY IN EASTLAKE, SEATTLE &

VIRTUAL ACROSS WA

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure to perform or have it all figured out.

I don’t see people as broken. The patterns you’re struggling with often developed for a reason, and together we work to understand them with curiosity, not judgment.

At the same time, therapy should lead to real change. We’ll go beyond insight and focus on shifting patterns, building skills, and helping you create a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.

I also believe healing isn’t just about thinking differently—it involves your emotions, your body, and your lived experiences.

Above all, therapy is collaborative. You are the expert on your life—I’m here to support, guide, and gently challenge you along the way.

MY VISION & MISSION

Blurred purple flowers in the foreground with a lake, snow-capped mountains, and a clear sky in the background.

At Spark and Bloom Therapy, I envision a world where people feel safe to be their full, authentic selves — where healing goes beyond surviving pain and becomes a process of growth, meaning, and reconnection that helps you thrive from the inside out. I believe that when individuals reconnect with their inner spark, they not only bloom into their true potential but also inspire others to do the same — creating ripples of compassion, courage, and connection in their communities.

I aim to help high functioning, reflective, creative individuals navigate life’s transitions and move from surviving to thriving. Through warmth, humor, and gentle challenge, I support clients in transforming old survival patterns into opportunities for growth, connection, and authentic living. My goal is to help you rediscover your spark and create a life that allows you to bloom in your own way.
