Tarot in Therapy
Cards In Session
Sometimes words alone don't fully capture what we're feeling. Tarot/Oracle cards can be used as a reflective tool that invites curiosity, insight, and deeper self-awareness. Tarot images (or any cards with images) can help bring unconscious thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns into awareness. The cards often act as visual prompts, allowing us to notice what resonates, what feels uncomfortable, what stands out, or what evokes an emotional response. Much like dreams, art, or storytelling, the symbolic imagery can create space for reflection and help uncover perspectives that may not have been immediately accessible through conversation alone. In our work together, tarot may be used as an optional therapeutic tool to support exploration, self-understanding, and personal growth. The focus is not on fortune-telling, but on using imagery and symbolism to deepen insight, strengthen intuition, and foster meaningful conversations about your experiences.
I also welcome clients to bring in their own deck to session, and can be used virtually!
"The Tarot is not about predicting the future—it's about revealing the truth your soul already knows."
