I believe therapy should be as unique as each person, because everyone’s journey is different. I walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and always a little humor, offering guidance tailored to support your mental, physical, spiritual, and environmental well-being. My style is warm, calm, and collaborative, helping you build a compassionate relationship with yourself, gently challenge old patterns, and reconnect with your intuition. Together, we will work toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships and a life that feels authentic, resilient, and aligned with your values. At the heart of my work, my goal is to empower you to make your own life decisions with confidence and clarity.
I view therapy as client-driven. Your goals and pace guide our work, and my role is to help you navigate challenges, provide insight, and offer gentle input or challenge when I notice something that may be outside of your awareness. I aim to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward growth that feels authentic—blooming in your own time and in your own way.
I place great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, recognizing it as a central component of healing. I believe its effectiveness lies in multiple layers: the trust and safety it creates, the opportunity to experience connection and attunement, the mirror it provides for self-reflection, and the corrective emotional experiences that allow old relational patterns to shift. My work is rooted in an integrative, holistic approach that weaves together a variety of evidence-based practices. I’m deeply inspired by Poly-vagal Theory, Parts Work (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic practices and Attachment Theory—approaches that honor the mind-body connection and our innate capacity to heal. I also draw from CBT, DBT, RO-DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness, integrating these methods in a way that feels attuned and supportive. Together, we’ll tailor our work to honor your pace, ease patterns that no longer serve you, and support your nervous system so you can move beyond survival and into a life that feels authentic, resilient, and aligned with your values.
